What is a magnum ? 06/22/2008
A magnum is a bottle equivalent in capacity to 2 standard bottles with a capacity of 1.5 Liters. The larger the bottle, the slower the wine ages. A magnum is the perfect size for aging great red wines, as it ages the wine slowly, but not too slowly. CommentsJohnny Tue, 15 Jul 2008 10:47:23 Hi- I'm looking at purchasing a few french magnums for my collection. Can you recommend something I can hold for 10-15 years that will store well in my cellar? madison Tue, 13 Oct 2009 13:51:56 Leave a Reply |
